In order to adapt to the needs of the international market, we actively introduce new technologies, strengthen equipment modernization, develop new projects, independently develop grinding balls production line, use electric furnaces instead of traditional air hammer forging production methods, equipped with high-quality materials and heat treatment lines, through equipment controlling，it can produce high quality ball milled steel balls and other types of grinding media of various hardness levels and mechanical properties according to customer requirements.
Compared to the traditional forging process, the main advantage of the abrasive steel ball produced by the grinding balls production line is the uninterrupted crystal flow. In the production process of the grinding balls production line, the waste materials such as scrap steel and scrap iron are heated by the intermediate frequency electric furnace to fully melt the charge. During the melting process of the charge, the precious metal alloy is added to the furnace for chemical composition quenching and tempering. After the temperature reaches above 1550 °C and meets the requirements of the process, the qualified molten iron is poured into the grinding steel ball mold or the steel ball production line mold.
The diameter of the grinding ball is measured by a measuring instrument with an accuracy of not less than 0.1 mm. The hardness difference between the diameter of the casting ball passing through the center of the gate and the center of the ball shall not exceed 3HRC, and the diameter of the casting grinding ball shall be measured by a measuring instrument with an accuracy of not less than 0.1 mm. If the hardness of the high chromium ball (HRC) is less than 54 by using the Rockwell hardness tester, the high chromium ball is not subjected to quenching heat treatment at all or the hardness is not quenched.
