We request our local steel rod promise us on compressional rate ? See below picture:
Why do we request the compression rate 15 time at least ? Because we need to promise the steel rod have a high density to match the hot rolling method.
Our production flow picture on Grinding Media Steel Balls:
1.Steel rod automatic feeding to induction;
2.Steel rod heating to requested temperature by induction furnace;
3.Heated steel rod go into hot rolling machine to make grinding balls;
4.Hot grinding balls slow cooling on convey;
5.Grinding balls cools to right temperature and go into quenching system;
6.Grinding balls after quenching, cool again by convey and send into automatic tempering furnace;
7.Grinding balls do tempering treatment by correct temperature and time upon ball size in automatic tempering furnace, go into cooling plate;
8.Grinding balls after tempering treatment, will cool to room temperature;
9.Do the packing for grinding balls, in ton bag or iron drum.
