The entire line have below equipments

1.Heating system: step up heating furnace or induction furnace

Difference: Step up heating furnace use natural gas;

Induction furnace use electric.

Purpose: Heat on the round steel rod to requested temperature;

2.Hot cutting machine

Purpose: Cut the heated steel rod to our requested length

3.Magic hand

Purpose: Deliver the cutted steel rod to hammer machine, save labor cost

4.Quick hammer machine

Purpose: quick hammer the cutted hot steel rod to ball 

5.Rolling machine

Purpose: rolling the hammed balls to get better rounder ball shape

6.Reheating furnace for balls

Purpose: The balls after rolling, will go through a strong cooling system, then reheat the ball in reheating furnace, recombine the microstructure of ball to get even distributed grain;

7.Quenching system

Purpose: reheated balls cooling to right temperature, then send to quenching system for water quenching treatment

8.2nd quenching system

Purpose: The ball after water quenching, go into 2nd quenching system, the media is our special designed chemical liquid, which can help the balls to increase the change percent from austenite to martensite, make the ball quality improved 10-20%. 

9.Tempering furnace: Box type tempering furnace or online automatic continuous tempering furnace

Purpose: Let the balls after quenching treatment get tempering treatment in our special designed tempering furnace

10. Cooling plate

Purpose: The big plate will stock the balls after tempering, let the ball have enough time to cool to room temperature
